KEN E. Marathon de la Liberté "Today's goal time was 3h50m41s, 15 min faster than the last race (4h5min). I couldn't achieved Runcoach's estimation goal time 3h46min which was given at the beginning of this training session. One of the reason I could not achieve it was the hardness of the road in France. If you have a plan to run in France, you'd better to wear a little more cushioning shoes than you wear in the US and in Japan. I couldn't help stopping my run sometimes after 15 mile point in order to stop my ankle and calves numbing. But generally speaking, I satisfied with this result. Thanks Runcoach!!!"
